Attends special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant General Manager or District Manager for purpose of planning, training, and reviewing operations
Must be able to complete required shift management administrative duties. The Shift Manager works under the direction of the Assistant or Restaurant Manager.
Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability. Drives sales through proactive Guest service, people development &
Conduct meetings with team members and management team for the purpose of planning, training, and reviewing operations/management procedures and policies.
