Job description
Seeking Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for general office duties/support and help with projects. We are a recordkeeping service company with multiple deadlines throughout the year. This position will require a lot of multitasking to get the job done.
Canidates must enjoy working independently and be able to prioritize their day to complete their assigned job tasks quickly and efficiently. Hours for position are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, in our Irvine, CA office.
Duties Include:
- Opening and scanning monthly client account statements
- Performing receptionist duties - answer incoming calls, tranfering calls, etc.
- Posting Outgoing Mail and Openning/Delivering Incoming Mail
- Fed-Ex Shipping & Bulk Mailing Projects
- Pulling Reports from various financial websites
- Assembling client reports for mailing or emailing
- Generating client invoices and mailing to applicable clients
- Data Entry
- Light accounting (training provided)
- Assisting with projects
- Light Cleaning Duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
