The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) performs the varied and complex assignments within Records Management and Reporting Unit and serves as the Facility Development Division’s (FDD) technical information systems expert as it relates to eServices Portal (eSP) and ePlan Review (ePR). Participates in database evaluation and planning activities, formulation of standardized policies and procedures and provides eSP database training and assistance to staff and clients.

Special Requirements

1. Describe your experience performing research, data analysis, and presenting findings to management or stakeholders.

2. Describe your experience managing a Support Help Desk phone lines and email.
3. Describe any customer service experience that you have provided in a technical environment.
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment. Associate Governmental Program Analyst:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to use good judgment.
  • Display good organizational and time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks.
  • Ability to present ideas and information effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web/desktop applications.
  • Sound judgment and discretion in communicating with all levels of staff and the public.
  • Must be detail oriented, dependable, punctual and possess good attendance habits.
  • Two years customer service experience.
  • One year experience managing a Support Help Desk phone lines and email.
  • Experience with data applications and management performing research, data analysis and presentation.
  • Experience with business-oriented communication and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience developing and maintaining user manuals.
  • Experience developing ad-hoc reports.
  • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting and solving issues with external and internal clients.

Staff Services Analyst:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to use good judgment.
  • Display good organizational and time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks.
  • Ability to present ideas and information effectively both orally and in writing.
