Job description

The Brand and Commercial Presentation Manager will be part of the Sales Standards & Governance department under Marketing. The position will support the Sales and Key Account Management team to deliver professional design and pitch deck presentations, QBR standards and essentially serving two main roles:

1. Design, create, enhance, and maintain all Sales brand assets, images, and presentation (mainly PowerPoint) material.
2. Ensure Sales Proposals (pitch decks) follow brand expectations, professional design, and value message we deliver in our solution.

In short, we’re looking for a PowerPoint/presentation guru with a keen sense of design who is self-motivated and confident enough to collaborate with others, manage and organize updates/materials, and proactively provide guidance for executive-level communications for current customers and new bids.


  • Design and create high-quality presentations (PowerPoint, Digideck) reflective of an industry leading company. This may include animation, icon creation, etc.
  • Oversee the consistency of brand/strategy within all key company presentations.
  • Create and maintain library of presentations and images for corporate use.
  • Interfaces with and validates inputs from various functional groups such as IT, Legal, Finance, HR, EHS, Real estate, Business development organization, as well as with customers in creating/delivering a compelling proposal that will meet customer requirements and stand out from other bids.
  • Responds and assists on RFI / RFQ requests ensuring timely, accurate and quality responses are delivered to the requesting parties.
  • Research and track trends of successful and unsuccessful bids to continually improve on sales collateral
  • Other duties as assigned by management.


  • Expert in presentation design and development, especially using Microsoft PowerPoint. Portfolio must be available upon request.
  • Experience with developing methods of presenting materials for maximum impact and understanding.
  • Strong research and organization skills.
  • Understanding of bid/tender process for complex proposals
  • Knowledge of supply chain/logistics industry and services a plus
  • Understanding of corporate strategy.
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple departments and levels of executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.


  • Bachelor s degree (B. A.) in communications, graphic design or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in communications, design, presentations, or related field. Experience is flexible depending on candidate s other skill sets.


  • Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
