Job Title:
Client Relations Specialist – a professional who establishes and oversees customer relationships. They operate as their point of contact and take the initiative from the initial approach through the final transaction that they or a member of their household make.

Guided Choices is a Pediatric Life Coach and Hypnotherapy Certification site. We also work with After School and girls clubs with our Mental health and children that deal with so many issues. Serves clients by filling their wants and selling them goods and services. Plans and organizes daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade elements in order to service existing accounts, obtain orders, and build new accounts.

Job description:
Our company is looking for Client Relations Specialists to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Client Relations Specialists present and sell products or services to organizations, businesses or government agencies. They contact potential buyers, present products and services, answer questions and discuss pricing.

Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
