Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools. Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers spanning as far as Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

Responsibilities:

Description of Responsibilities:

• Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
• Maintain accounting records in the base currency for the company’s $USD, $CAD, $AED and $MXN based entities, maintaining knowledge of each’s local accounting requirements
• Issue standalone and consolidated financial statements on a timely basis to all company stakeholders and management
• Protect company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
• Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting internal process reviews
• Lead biweekly company-wide meetings to share metrics and check in with all departments
• Stay up to date on changing tax and audit regulations to ensure that the company is in compliance
• Maintain documented system of accounting policies and operations
• Oversee payments of all accounts and ensure that all accounts are paid on time
• Manage receivables, process accounts, and collect customer payments
• Manage company’s yearly external audit
• Handle company’s cash management, including bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
• Lead data team to develop metric-based reports for departments throughout company

Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience:

• Position is held solely in the office, not remote work
• CPA license preferred
• At least 5 years of Accounting experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations
• Detail-oriented
