We are looking for A-Player customer experience insurance agents to join our growing award-winning Allstate agency. The success of our clients depends on the customer experience they have with us at every touch point. This job is the cornerstone of our customers' experience and it is the foundation of our success. The mission of this role is to ensure the success of our clients and deepen the relationship that we have with them. Think of this role as an account manager/customer success representative.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Be the central point of contact and the first-responder for our clients (think concierge).
- Account rounding - generate leads for the sales team by cross selling on customer service-related phone calls.
- Deliver prompt, efficient, detailed customer service, that creates raving fan customers which is evidenced by 90+% customer retention, five-star online reviews, and making sure that we are their agent of choice for all of their insurance needs.
- Able to handle up to 30 inbound calls a day.
- Able to complete 20+ tasks per day (task queue is managed within CRM) such as completing endorsements, fulfilling client and carrier requests, etc.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team.

- Plan, organize, schedule, and prioritize in an efficient, productive manner; focus on key priorities without the need for significant oversight.
- Strong proficiency with computers and technology - (including but not limited to the ability to type 50+ wpm).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A2FSO (Ability To Figure Stuff Out) - you get it :)
- Maintain high performance even when under heavy pressure or stress.
- Ability to obtain your Florida P&C insurance license.
