We are looking for a full time or part time person to help us with our customer service needs at our office. This person will be the first impressions officer in our office for in-person and telephone interaction with customers and prospects. Insurance experience is helpful but not necessary as we will train the right person for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Development through team training and one on one sessions

Respond to customer service needs that come in the office, phone, or message. Billing questions, endorsements, claims calls, etc.

Reach out to existing customers at renewal to make sure all discounts are applied, to check on customers, and improve retention.

Support onboarding new customers to the agency to ensure that each customer feels welcomed and that the transition goes smoothly.

Help new and existing customers with other insurance needs through quoting and referring them to our professional sales team for follow up.

SKILLS
Must be coachable and an excellent communicator
Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team
Must be good with technology/programs: Email, Text, Excel

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Pay – competitive base + commissions + bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
