Job description
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND BASIC SKILL LEVELS:
- High School diploma or equivalent and three years of previous customer service experience required, OEM customer service experience helpful
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing industry highly desired
- ERP/EDI system knowledge, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlooks skills required
- Must work well with others in a team oriented environment
- Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills including being self-motivated and having a positive attitude
- Adaptable – adjusts to changing demands, priorities, and objectives in a fast paced environment
- Dedicated and takes pride in providing a high level of detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset operate with customer’s best interests in mind
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to understand requests and problems, inform on status, and negotiate solutions
- Ability to multi-task, simplify and solve varying complexity of issues with focus on root cause and quick solution development
- Demonstrate collaboration and teaming skills across functions to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals
- Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English, strong industrial math skills
