Job description

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND BASIC SKILL LEVELS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and three years of previous customer service experience required, OEM customer service experience helpful
  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing industry highly desired
  • ERP/EDI system knowledge, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlooks skills required
  • Must work well with others in a team oriented environment
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills including being self-motivated and having a positive attitude
  • Adaptable – adjusts to changing demands, priorities, and objectives in a fast paced environment
  • Dedicated and takes pride in providing a high level of detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset operate with customer’s best interests in mind
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to understand requests and problems, inform on status, and negotiate solutions
  • Ability to multi-task, simplify and solve varying complexity of issues with focus on root cause and quick solution development
  • Demonstrate collaboration and teaming skills across functions to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals
  • Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English, strong industrial math skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Overtime
