Job description

Role: Desktop Support

Location : Stamford, CT (Day 1 onsite )

JD:

· Inventorying desktop/laptop devices on spreadsheets.

· Installing and Configuring new desktop/laptop devices with OS install and software’s.

· Installing custom OS images on new desktop/laptops.

· Scheduling OS installation times with users.

· Setting up new devices, and going to location and removing old PC and replacing it with new PC.

· Troubleshooting any issues that would arise as well as install any extra software needed on new desktop/laptops.
