Job Overview:

We are looking for a High Level Front Desk Receptionist with great computer skills and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You must be comfortable multi-tasking and being the face of the company.

  • Proven experience as Front Desk Coordinator
  • Heavy Phone
  • Prepare Quotes
  • Read Purchase Order
  • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, QuickBooks, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • High school degree or equivalent

Job Specific:

  • Job Type: Full-time - Temp to hire
  • Salary: $20-$25/hr.
  • Benefits: Health insurance
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday-8AM- 4:30PM

Experience:

  • Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bilingual a plus
