The Housekeeping Operations Supervisor will be primarily focused within the Housekeeping department. However, this leader will also have the opportunity to help lead and support the other Operations teams of the Hyatt Regency Portland, including Guest Experience and Food & Beverage. In addition to Housekeeping supervisory duties, tasks may include supporting department and division leaders in day to day running of operations, inspecting guest rooms, coaching colleagues, answering guest questions and requests, resolving concerns, general administrative duties, and setting colleagues up for success for their shift.

Qualifications
- A desire and ability to care for people so they can be their best
- Good communication skills
- Ability to push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous Housekeeping or hospitality-related supervisory experience preferred
