Inside Sales Representative (Hydraulic Hoses)

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $24-$28/phr

Location: Houston, TX 77033

HYDRAULIC ISR JOB SUMMARY:

As the Hydraulic Sales Representative (HSR) you will sell hydraulic hoses to an assigned group of customers for proactive and reactive maintenance.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities may include:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
• Contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Keep a log of qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate sales
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Perform other duties as assigned

Inside Sales Representative Skills may include:

• 2 years of inside sales experience
• Experience in the sale of hydraulic hoses
• Knowledge of office equipment, printers, and fax machines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Data Entry Skills.
• General Math Skills

Inside Sales Representative Abilities may include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
