Job description
- Experience 3-5 years
- Serve as an escalation resource for help desk ServiceNow tickets
- Install and configure End-User Computer & peripheral devices (SCCM, AD, GPO, Windows 10, Office 365)
- Restore End User Data
- Perform imaging of devices using the latest Image version
- Device inventory in the End User support depot
- Dispatch support technician to project sites to handle issues related to IT equipment in Trailer offices
- Maintain & validation of End User Device Configuration.
- Notify any systemic compliance failures
- Coordination with Third Party Vendors on Warranty / Recall Services
- Quarterly rollup of all updates, apps, and patches into new golden image
- Configure and Support Electronic Software Distribution
- Configure, validate, Support, and Maintain a Tool or suite of Tools to be used by remote support teams to engineer, package, test, and house images and/or image profiles
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with users and team
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create, edit, and refine complex technical documents
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Experience:
- SCCM: 2 years (Preferred)
- Windows: 2 years (Preferred)
- Break/fix: 4 years (Preferred)
- Software troubleshooting: 4 years (Preferred)
