Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner II is responsible for developing relationships with internal leaders to maintain up-to-date on critical initiatives, organization structure, and staffing plans six to twelve months of forecasted needs. Essential Functions:- Develop relationships with internal customers to maintain up-to-date on critical initiatives, organizational structure, staffing plans six to 12 month forecast for personnel resourcing needs
- In collaboration with Director, Talent Acquisition, responsible for ensuring and guiding managers toward hiring practices and decisions which are in the best interest of the organization
- Ensure department’s service level agreements (SLA) are followed to ensure sourcing and screening plan
- Maximize high-quality employee referrals by promoting critical resource needs to departmental staff
- In collaboration with Director, Talent Acquisition, develop sourcing and screening plans with hiring managers for resource needs
- Develop networking tools to engage candidates who are not actively searching for new employment opportunities to establish a pool of qualified candidates for vacant positions
- Communicate with candidates and client groups throughout the sourcing and hiring process
- Develop relationships with skilled resources that align specifically with assigned internal customers to maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of position vacancies
- Participate on departmental projects while maintaining a full recruiting workload
- Assist in selecting, planning and attending necessary career fairs to recruit local talent and represent CareSource
- Responsibility to accurately document candidate screenings, interview notes, and reference checks as established by departmental policy
- Perform any other job duties as requested
- Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, communications, human resources, organizational leadership or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
- A minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or related human resources experience is required
- Prefer experience in recruiting operations/call center/high volume.
- Ability to skillfully deliver challenging recruiting demands by developing sourcing and screening plans for client groups
- Ability to successfully negotiate compensation to ensure vacancy is filled with qualified candidate while adhering to CareSource policies and procedures
- Must remain up-to-date on equal opportunity employment practices and Federal, State, and Local applicable laws related to recruitment and selection
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Preferred
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- May travel to career fairs, recruiting events, and/or professional meetings – up to 10%
