What will you do?

• Ensure your store is running at maximum efficiency by managing scheduling, attendance and daily operations
• Work side by side with your team processing/packing deliveries, preparing orders and handing them to Riders
• Train and motivate your team of packers and riders
• Assist your Store Manager in daily operations

What Are The Qualifications?

• Must be 18 years or older with US work authorization
• 1-2 years experience in retail, hospitality or grocery management
• Ability to lift in excess of 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items for a short distance
• Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool
• Ability to observe details at a close range

What Are the Requirements?

• Great analytical skills with the ability to work with a broad set of KPIs and the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
