Job description
This position provides daily leadership in assigned dining locations. Must maintain sanitation, employee appearance, employee performance and service standards in each unit. This area of responsibility is vital for the efficiency and management of these units. Supervise the receiving of all products as well as assisting with physical inventory of these units. Responsible for financial readiness of each shift. Responsible for the sanitation of the facilities. Must follow university cash handling procedures. All other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time position that will not have scheduled hours during the month of mid-May to mid-August, unless work is available. Hours may vary depending on work required.
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Supervision of area where cuts, back strains, and falls may happen. Works with all types of small service equipment.
Special Instructions to Applicants
$14.50 per hr. this position could be schedule to work as late as 1am depending upon department need.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
Must have two years of progressively responsible retail experience in retail operations and two years of experience supervising staff in the food service industry.
ServSafe Certification acquire after hire.
Recognition of quality product and ability to problem solve. Good customer communication skills, good human relations skills, training skills.
